    How do I RSVP?

We ask that all attending RSVP before November 15th 2026. This can be done by filling the form here.

Can I bring a gift? Is there a gift registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift. For those who wish to honour us with an additional gift, our preference is contribution to our well being. For those who prefer a traditional gift, we've put together a small registry, which can be found here.

    How do I get there?

The venue is just outside the city of Ottawa, so travel by car is necessary. Uber and taxis do service the location, as it falls within city limits, though you may want to book ahead.

    Is parking available on site?

Yes — outdoor self-parking is available on site for all guests.

    Is alcohol allowed?

The venue does not allow outside alcohol, but there will be a bar at the cocktail hour and reception. Two drink tickets will be provided, along with a champagne flute and a glass of wine during supper. Additional drinks can be purchased on site per venue policy.

Are photos and videos allowed during the ceremony?

We invite you to be completely unplugged with us during the ceremony. Phones and cameras can be stowed away until the cocktail hour. Since a professional photographer will be there, you don't need to worry about capturing every moment yourself, but we'd love it if you shared any photos or videos you take with us after the celebration.

While I'm all dressed up, can I have my photo taken?

Our photographer has aggreed to take a certain number of photos of and with others, but will not taking pictures of others upon request. Feel free to take your own pictures during cocktail hour but please be mindful of our photographer and fellow guests.

Yes — both the ceremony and reception will take place at Strathmere Country Estate.

What else can I do in Ottawa during this trip?

While we hope to be the centre of attention during our special day, Monday following the wedding is Victoria Day. Tulips should be at the end of their bloom and the Canadian Tulip Festival may still be on for the Victoria day long weekend at Dow's Lake in Ottawa.

Will everything be in english or will there be some french?

Our guests include both unillingual francophones and anglophones. We will do our best to keep things bilingual for everyone.
